thought i'd try this question here cause you guys are really good at 
finding parts.  

i've searched all *over* my local electro parts store as well as 
mouser, digikey, and newark and can't find what notation they use for 
center detent pots.  am i not even using the right word?  i need the 
pots with a little notch at the 12 o'clock (i.e. '0') position, that 
you can feel in the travel.

and while we're on the subject, what does the notation 'cermet' refer 
to?
