I got a couple of e-mails where people wanted to know the final price of the 
knobs.  The knobs will be $1.50 each.  That's 100 piece pricing.  Basically I 
was looking for enough people to push me into buying 100 of them.  It was 
either I buy 100+ or I don't buy any because the price goes up signifacantly 
for fewer than 100 pieces.  So that knob price is fixed.  I will have to go 
to the post office and find out how much it is to mail a small box of knobs.  
My guess was about $3, but I will know for sure by this weekend.  I'll let 
you all know then.  I'm assuming all people reside in the US.  If not the 
postage may be higher.

Based on the last two e-mails I got, I will definately be ordering 100 or 
more pointer knobs early next week.  It's the regular knobs that I still 
don't know about yet.
