MOTM

So far, I have just used the regular MOTM knobs.  They seem to work fine for
rotary switches.  And, I have two rotary switches on my Blacet FD module
(MOTM conversion).

However, in the interest if supporting the Ken's addition to this knob, I'll
take some too.
