[MotM] Problem with 420 filter

The problem that I have on my second 420 was that when the cut off is down
between 0 and 3 the sound cuts out for about half a second when I sweep it in
that 0-3 range. My other 420 doesn't do it. Has any one else experienced
this? Any idea what could cause this? A bad pot maybe?
