Welcome aboard! An easy way to achieve the effect you are looking for is to glue a small piece (or small pieces) of mirror to a speaker. Next, direct an intense beam of light (up through the strength of a laser beam) at the mirror (please take all appropriate safety measure for yourself and you patrons). Finally, send a normal amplified sound to the speaker. And instant, cool Lisa Jousse-like patterns on the wall. You will need to experiment to get an effect you are happy with for your installation.
