Those 6 modules really are the equivalent of about 20 'standard' analog synth modules. Broken down to a dollar per function basis, it's an incredibly good deal. It absolutely -is- powerful, innovative and space efficient, and yes the joystick is terrific. Yes, the cost of entry is high compared to buying one or two modules at a time. But you get what you pay for (and much more) with the Wiard. I seriously doubt that the choice of 1/8" jacks has anything to do with Grant's decision to stop producing it. Mike
