Hey List! I have been looking over the schematics for Mark Scetta's Inverter/Sideband Suppressor project and this module looks like something that would be a valuable addition to my system. Being a non-EE type, I have a question about op amps for all you gurus out there. Mark specifies the "JRC4558" op amp for this project. Is this the same as the "NJM4558" op amp that Mouser sells? Is the Fairchild "MC4558" the same chip too? Basically, I need to know if these chips are all interchangeable, or if different manufacturers "build differently".
