I finally got one of my final cases filled with MOTM modules. There is a preliminary picture at the following url: http://members.aol.com/elhardt/images/case3.jpg Module separaters: (1) I finally ended up using 3/32" width tape made by Carl Goldberg Models, Inc. They have different widths but 3/32" is perfect. It is normally used for gliders and remote control airplanes and is a kind of rubbery and stretchy compared to that charting tape found in office supply stores. (2) For those of you who are still thinking of using Plastruct, I finally found the H-beams that match the size of the wooden ones I bought, 3/16". They were in white in this store as opposed to dark grey like in the other store. The problem is that channels are tapered, so they can't be pressed all of the way down on the module edge, thus pushing the modules even further apart than the "bass wood" beams I had previously bought. Perhaps this is not important to those with wooden rails anyway, but it just means that any rows of modules that contain different numbers of 1U modules from each other with get skewed with the other rows to a more exaggerated extreme (the reason I dropped the wood or plastic spacer idea in the first place). Perhaps grinding out the channels with a Dremel would help. Going to the next bigger Plastruct size will probably be too loose. -Elhardt
