Re: [motm]Miniwave EPROM

2001-02-16 by harry bissell

I got Grant's software for editing the eprom
data. I could post the file and folks can burn what
they like.

If you do not have access to a prom burner then you'd
need to send me a blank 27C512 and I could burn it
where I work.

The only mods I made were in bank 15 (F)...all others
are factory stock. It would be possible (a lot of
editing)to make bank one key of C, bank 2 key of C#...
etc.

I have also experimented with nonlinear step sizes, so
that an etherwave theremin can have roughly equal
scale sizes in the high octaves.

There are some trill scales... cute but not completely
useful.

Also a 1/2 major / 1/2 minor so you can switch from
relative major to minor.

I'll post a scale description later.
