I would add a 22-turn cermet trim as a "global offset" for the entire
switch.
This will compensate for VCO-to-VCO tracking (ie different cap tolerances,
etc).

I haven't check the math yet. I need my Tandy BASIC resistor divider program
I wrote
for the DVMs!! :(
