Milter-greylist

Hello,

Is there any technical reason that the "helo" clause can be used only
in the rcpt stage ACL and not in the data stage ACL?
May be the corresponding sendmail macro is not available any more
at the data stage?

No technical reason, it was just forgotten. Would you send a patch?
