Milter-greylist

I've gotten feedback from the fellow I installed milter-greylist for (I 
asked questions here a few weeks back while I was installing it).

We use SpamAssassin+spamass-milter, and we reject anything that scores 
over 10.

He said that he went from about fifty spam messages getting tagged up to 
10 by SpamAssassin+spamass-milter per day to zero with 
milter-greylist+SpamAssassin+spamass-milter.
