Milter-greylist

Hello,

I got the following strange log entry and header
line for matching autowhitelisted entries:

sendmail[<pid>]: <queueid>: Milter add: header: X-Greylist: , not
delayed by milter-greylist-4.3.2 ...

Probably a line is missing after
the greylist-autowhitelist unification.
Patch is attached.
