Milter-greylist

Quick question:
My greylist.conf says:

racl whitelist default
dacl blacklist default

So, if I understand correctly, when someone send me a mail, it should
happily pass to the DATA stage and then it should be rejected. In the
real function it is always delivered.
Did I forget something?
