Yes, socket management is handled by libmilter, so you just have to use
the syntax you use for any other milter. It should be documented
somewhere in the milter API.

(I may be a fool, but) don't you need a way to tell the milter that it 
needs to listen on an INET family socket address instead of a local/UNIX 
socket?  If so, how is that accomplished?  How does one configure the 
milter thusly?

Move to quarantaine

This moves the raw source file on disk only. The archive index is not changed automatically, so you still need to run a manual refresh afterward.
