I don't see much feedback on 4.0b4. Perhaps it's time to move to release
candidate? 

Anyone has a serious bug or a regression?

AFAIK the bug when 2 messages arrive in the same connection is not fixed.

Nothing serious...
Makefile seems to link fd_pool.o even when --enable-stdio-hack is not 
used. Quite harmless, but this result in "dead" code which enlarges the 
binary size. Isn't there a way to include it only when stdio-hack is 
enabled ?
