There have been many feature addition recently, perhaps it's time to
start a new major release cycle.

Anyone has a feature to contribute before web go beta? 

Any volunteer for improving the documentation before 4.0 release?

I would like to volunteer for the documentation work.  What do I
need to do now?

You need to know about the new features and write a nice document 
explaining how to use them (post questions here). The man page is not
a good tutorial, neither is the README for the recently added features.

You can write a tutorial from scratch (An HTML page for the web site?), or
you can try to rewrite the README file to fill the gaps.
