Milter-greylist

CVS and version 3.0 fail to build on Debian stable with (on version 3.0) --with-thread-safe-resolver and in CVS I assume thread-safe is default due to same

The error does not seems to be related to --with-thread-safe-resolver.
What's your version of yacc/bison?
