i use red hat 9 with sendmail-8.12.8-4 for server e-mail in my job
 
have installation the milter-greylist.rpm  for red hat 9 ? if yes,  how
i get download miter-greylist.rpm for red hat 9 ?

I don't think so, but there is a spec file, so you can use it and build your own rpm.
But please don't ask here how to do it, please ask in some your local Linux
forum. And there is really no need to send 2 identical emails.

Download ftp://ftp.espci.fr/pub/milter-greylist/milter-greylist-3.0.tgz
and type:

# rpmbuild -tb --clean milter-greylist-3.0.tgz

That should build you a milter-greylist RPM for your system. You can
find it in /usr/src/redhat/RPMS.

This moves the raw source file on disk only. The archive index is not changed automatically, so you still need to run a manual refresh afterward.
