it sure might be useful if the acl(s) that caused the delay were posted in the
mail header. seems like i have several that might have `hit`

You already have this in the log. Is there a real need for having it in
the header?

I dont think this would be a good idea.

Move to quarantaine

This moves the raw source file on disk only. The archive index is not changed automatically, so you still need to run a manual refresh afterward.
