milter-greylist dies on configuration reload

2005-11-10 by Matthias Scheler

Hello,

milter-greylist 2.0.2 did on my system (NetBSD 3.0_BETA) today after
reloading the configuration:

Nov 10 10:15:19 colwyn milter-greylist: reloading "/etc/mail/greylist.conf"
Nov 10 10:15:19 colwyn milter-greylist: Final database dump
Nov 10 10:15:19 colwyn milter-greylist: Exiting

The configuration file contained an error ...

tron@colwyn:/#/etc/rc.d/milter-greylist start
Starting miltergreylist.
unknown token "@" line 44

... but I wonder why the daemon died because of this.

	Kind regards

Move to quarantaine

This moves the raw source file on disk only. The archive index is not changed automatically, so you still need to run a manual refresh afterward.
