I have a rule in my sendmail.cf to control the number of recipients tried in each connection, and with this I can control a per IP or authenticated user maximum number of recipients. This thing can be used to detect how many recipients was refused, If the counter has X and milter received Y calls to rcpt the number of refused recipients will be (X - Y). --
