IIRC, if you use spf clause in ACL, that disable the default SPF
whitelist behavior, hence you can do it case-by-case.

I strongly advise to blacklist or greylist spf self, which means your
own machine is in the sending domain whitelist. This is a good hint that
it is too wide open.
