got some .ua spam today and was wondering why the delay for hosts
without reverse DNS doesn't work:

The 10 minutes delay is default, but above rules seems not to fit,
although it is set before
racl greylist list "grey users" delay 10m ......
Is "domain" the wrong keyword here?
