Thanks for this info.  I did not know it auto-reloaded the config 
file.  Instead I have been restarting the service.

It is started as root and then drops to a safe user via the config 
file.  This aspect has not changed lately.

What has been changing is experimentation with SPF handling based on 
your own ideas posted to this list in 2013.

This moves the raw source file on disk only. The archive index is not changed automatically, so you still need to run a manual refresh afterward.
