Been there and done that. It does not help. I dont have "racl whitelist
default" now as a result of my attempting to prune out things from the
configuration file to see what's going on. 

See my message from 2015-11-29 where I showed the various cases (based
originally on the spamd dacls in the greylist.conf man page), and that
included "racl whitelist default."
