Hi I am having problems with (protection.)outlook.com mailservers, they are server farms. Some of our clients are using that service, when they send an email to us they are TEMPFAILED from my server, but the next emails come from a variey of IP addresses. This has led to a large delay in sending emails. Now I am not willing to whitelist outlook.com for spamming reasons - am I too paranoid? My question is: if I include the domain of the sender's email address in the whitelist, are those listed domains exempted and NOT TEMPFAILED? Example: Oct 25 16:43:39 piquet milter-greylist: t9P5hVii027550: addr mail-bn1bon0138.outbound.protection.outlook.com[157.56.111.138] from <SENDER@...> to <RECIPIENT@...> delayed for 00:01:40 (ACL 527) Oct 25 16:43:39 piquet se_sendmail[27550]: t9P5hVii027550: milter=greylist, action=rcpt, reject=421 4.3.2 greylisted, please try again later (TEMPFAIL). Oct 25 16:43:39 piquet se_sendmail[27550]: t9P5hVii027550: Milter: to=<RECIPIENT@...>, reject=421 4.3.2 greylisted, please try again later (TEMPFAIL). Oct 25 16:43:39 piquet se_sendmail[27550]: t9P5hVii027550: from=<SENDER@...>, size=169041, class=0, nrcpts=1, proto=ESMTP, daemon=MTA, relay=mail-bn1bon0138.outbound.protection.outlook.com [157.56.111.138] So in the above case if I do racl whitelist domain SOMEWHERE.COM they will be whiltelisted although the mailserver is mail-bn1bon0138.outbound.protection.outlook.com Correct?
