BTW, I see that 4.5.12 release does not hold my latest submitted patches
for the Makefile/configure (to detect parallel/sequential make commands
rather automatically, and allowing manual override for that) nor the
patch for the p0f query retries (if got no answer, try a couple more
times). Just in case these simply "fell through the cracks", I submit
them again here (there were interim updates to the Makefile/configure
anyway) ;)

They work on our and customers' relays for a year or so.
