greylisting does (still) a great job.  But nolisting outperforms
its. E.g. in

it is easy to see when we enabled nolisting.  For reference, current
statistics looks like

This moves the raw source file on disk only. The archive index is not changed automatically, so you still need to run a manual refresh afterward.
