That can be configurable by allowing entire domain. I checked some of my mails and that is not that common at all here. 63 senders checked, 2 have different return addresses.

Move to quarantaine

This moves the raw source file on disk only. The archive index is not changed automatically, so you still need to run a manual refresh afterward.
