The FreeBSD folks just did an update on their mail/libspf2 port (based
on Hajimu Umemotos [1]patch). They eliminated some patches and adjusted
the rest.

I just pulled all that and it works as expected on my machine running
NetBSD 4.0.1. It seems that the libspf2 people are working on the
res_ndestroy thing in their non-public [2]svn-tree, but for now patching
libspf{_alt,2} is necessary for at least libspf_alt 0.4.0, libspf2 1.2.5
and 1.2.8 (all versions I've tested).

Move to quarantaine

This moves the raw source file on disk only. The archive index is not changed automatically, so you still need to run a manual refresh afterward.
