Unless those authorities have demonstrated they can't, or won't, deal with the spam coming out of their server farms. That wasn't the point of my question though. If you're going to accept email from a server farm, then simply keep an eye on your log files and whitelist the ranges they use, it's a lot less of a load on your servers.
