what i am playing with right now is a nolog keyword that causes that acl 
to not log.  but from looking at the code, it seems the main thing i am 
wanting to get around is the skipping message, so nolog is maybe not quite 
the right term.  maybe "quiet" to not spit out the skipping message?

Move to quarantaine

This moves the raw source file on disk only. The archive index is not changed automatically, so you still need to run a manual refresh afterward.
