Well, this would just be another ACL clause. One can experiment random
setups with it. The worst thing that can happen if this is used for
heavy greylisting is an extra delay.

But I think you are right: the README should start with more warnings
about bad setups. Do you want to contribute them? (thr warnings, not the
setups)
