That does ~80% of the job, yes.
Unfortunately, a good number of people out there send as
From: myname@...
Sender: mygoogleaccount@...
thus sending mail from google servers but not gmail.com accounts.
I'd prefer something like 'racl whitelist spf gmail.com'
or 'list "safe by spf" { gmail.com otherplace.net }'
