Then, your sendmail is too old.  You should consider upgrading your
sendmail to latest one.
_FFR means `for future release'.  Once MILTER was added as FFR, and
MILTER became standard in sendmail since 8.12.0.  During FFR period,
you need to set _FFR_* to enable that feature.
