Milter-greylist

Hi,

Since upgrading from milter-greylist 4.0 to 4.1.1, using the same
greylist.conf file I used on the prior version, I cannot get anything
greylisted ie. all email is autowhitelisted.

By default entry is this:

racl greylist default delay 5m autowhite 35d

How can I trouble-shoot this problem?
