I'd use something such as the line below, to catch other SMTP server in
the pool: out16 suggests there are other outX...

acl whitelist domain /out.*\.sctm\.tfbnw\.net$/

This moves the raw source file on disk only. The archive index is not changed automatically, so you still need to run a manual refresh afterward.
