These IP Address Ranges are way too broad.
I use 66.94.237.0/24
66.163.187.0/24
66.218.66.0/24
66.218.67.0/24
66.218.69.0/24
69.147.64.0/24
209.131.38.0/24 is used by yahoo, not yahoo groups
Yahoo Groups may OWN a larger number of IP Addresses, but they don't
use them for outgoing email.
