Hello,

Unfortunately not. I tried the latest 4.0b1 version, which includes this patch,
but again 2nd message was accepted while it should have been rejected.

Move to quarantaine

This moves the raw source file on disk only. The archive index is not changed automatically, so you still need to run a manual refresh afterward.
