Yes, true, and we all know that libmilter sucks.  :-(

So, there are still the other two possibilities that I
mentioned:  Avoid stdio for writing the database dump,
or use SFIO on Solaris.

Move to quarantaine

This moves the raw source file on disk only. The archive index is not changed automatically, so you still need to run a manual refresh afterward.
