It's not impossible for a real site to get offline for a whole day. The
23h timeout seems a bit too short to me.

Brought to you by the fstring_expand() function. It took me some time to
write it, but I'm sometimes suprised to discover usages I never thought
about. 

We should run a poll on the stat function: what do people use it for?
