problem while compiling milter under SOLARIS7 (fwd)

Hello ! 

 I compile well the milter with SOLARIS 9 but I have a problem while
compiling for SOLARIS7

configure
    46  checking for gcc... gcc
    47  checking for C compiler default output file name... a.out

    52  checking whether we are using the GNU C compiler... yes

    57  checking lex output file root... configure: error: cannot find
output from flex; giving u

The Flex userd is the folowing:

Il use the GNU C 2.9.5

What is the problem ? Where can I find a binary of the greylist-milter
compiled for SOLARIS 7 ?
