Well, people usually don't notice, except if they are on the phone with
the sender in a "I send it (click), have you got it?" mode.

What they notice is that the mail flow disapear. They used to get a spam
every 5 minutes, and suddently, only one real mail every hour.

Move to quarantaine

This moves the raw source file on disk only. The archive index is not changed automatically, so you still need to run a manual refresh afterward.
