Milter-greylist

Hello everybody

It has not been an easy decision, but here is the alpha 6 with the
thread race fixes backed out. While that contribution is desirable, it
fixes problems that did not occur at most people, and undercovered new
issues. The change was so big that it was difficult to tell how long it
would take to settle for a release. So we'll do the release first,
without these fixes.

The fixes will be back in a 3.1.1 release, which I'll make available
when we'll have reached 3.0 beta 1

So here is the alpha 6. It's quite likely that I got confused when
juggling with branches and patch, so give it a try, but keep in mind
that it may be horribly broken :-)
