3.0a4 minus sm_macro, commenting out them from conf_lex.l and removing
from the document. priv->priv_whitelist & EXF_XXX behaviour is too
complicated to handle sm_macro properly. We should clarify the
semantics and probably write a new code before sm_macro feature in
production releases.
