Unfortunately I'm not good enough in programming. All I can do is to
change "Go away!" string in milter-greylist.c to what I want (as a
temporary solution suitable for myself only of course).

Maybe someone else implements this idea?

There should be one custom default setting, and per-acl optional
settings which will override the default.
