Someone asked earlier, "is this a greeting?"

It appears to be "hello" in Estonian. "Sysadmin"'s return address ends
in ".ee", which is the internet designation for the Republic of Estonia,
which is bounded on the East by Russia, on the South by Latvia, on the
West by the Baltic Sea, and on the North by the Gulf of Finland. Of
course, on the internet, we are all just a click away from one another.

Pronounced "Terra." Found that by listening to a snippet of "Tere
perestroika" by JMKE on iTunes, from the album "Totally Estoned" (2006)
-- the Best of JMKE.
