In one of your previous posts, you showed the access list dump had:

Where did the 10.49.201 come from?  I don't see that in the list of uncommented lines.

Move to quarantaine

This moves the raw source file on disk only. The archive index is not changed automatically, so you still need to run a manual refresh afterward.
