missing lock in the function autowhite_check

Hello,

The function pending_get requires the pending list to be locked. That is missing in the function autowhite_check. With the attached patch this serious problem is fixed.

I had to rearrange slightly the procedure to avoid possible dead-lock.

Move to quarantaine

This moves the raw source file on disk only. The archive index is not changed automatically, so you still need to run a manual refresh afterward.
